Kindly note that the organizers cannot apply for visas on your behalf and that each delegate is responsible for checking whether they require a visa to enter China (mainland) and applying for one if required. The organizers can only assist to provide you with an  invitation letter to use for your visa application if required.  Note that the invitation letters are being provided by our co-host CIFA.  Check with a Chinese embassy or consulate here to see if you require a visa (most countries do).

Invitation Letter – this can be downloaded from inside the Registration area of this website.  Please follow the belowinstructions:

1. Go to https://events.sinoconference.com/SINO2026/info/#registration
2. Logon with your company username and password
3. Scroll down towards the bottom of the screen and click on Download Invitation Letter.
4. Read and follow instructions on page 1.  You need to email the form to CIFA (not WCAworld)
5. Use the invitation letter to help you apply for a visa at a Chinese embassy or consulate near you
