Sending conference materials

If you wish to send materials (ie. brochures and giveaway items) to Shanghai, to be used during the conference then we suggest that you contact Everok Air (part of Everokgroup). They are the designated ground handler for the Shanghai conference and will be in charge of delivering members’ and WCAworld’s conference materials to the venue (Pudong Shangri-La Hotel). Kindly note that there is a handling fee for this service and that you need to contact Everok Air for the price.

Note that Pudong Shangri-La Hotel not accept and store deliveries on anyone’s behalf.
