Booths and sponsor packages can be reserved from now until Friday, 22 June 2026.
It is recommended that you do this as early as possible, before the best booth locations or sponsor packages sell out.

Reservation:

Please reserve booths through the Shopping Cart in the conference registration area. We will not accept booth reservations by email or other means including Whatsapp, telephone calls, etc.

You must have at least one person from your company registered to attend before you can reserve a booth.

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • All conference fees including Sponsorship packages must be paid immediately upon receiving our invoice in order to guarantee your sponsor package.
  • Your booth reservation will not be complete until payment has been received. Please send proof of payment to booths@sinoconferfence.com so that we can have your company logo posted on the conference website as soon as possible.
  • An invoice will be sent to you shortly after reserving your booth package through this website. However, you can also use the Order Confirmation to make payment while waiting for an official invoice to be sent.
  • Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Partner Pay (WCAworld members only) is accepted.
  • Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Partner Pay (WCAworld members only) is accepted. Payment can also be made in CNY through CIFA by sending an email to conference@cifa.org.cn.
